Gratitude To God's Grace By One Heart WITH
GRATITUDE TO GOD'S GRACE "Praise
the Lord, O my soul, and
forget not all his benefits who
forgives all your sins and
heals all your diseases, who
redeems your life from the pit and
crown you with love and compassion, who
satisfies your desires with good things, so
that your youth is renewed like the eagle's." Psalm
103:2-8 Preface
This is a
testimony written by a sinner saved by grace. Not only does it record and
narrate her folly, weakness and failure, but it also records Almighty
God's unfailing love, mercy and faithfulness. Hymns written by the move of
the Holy Spirit are found in the appendix. Although
there are visions and dreams in this testimony, I neither intent to exalt
these nor desire that others seek for these. The Lord told us that the
first and greatest commandment is to "love the Lord your God with all
your heart and with all your soul." And the second is like it:
"Love your neighbors as yourself." He also said, "Whoever
has my commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves me."
Therefore, we must make every effort to know him through the divine truth
of His Word. I did not ask for dreams or visions, but since I was shown
mercy by the Lord Who warned me by what I saw, I am willing to share with
the Body of the Lord and to encourage others by what I saw. I am filled with gratitude to the Lord that through encouragement and intercession of my sisters in Christ, I have been able to accomplish this booklet. I pray that the Lord will accept and bless it so that the reader will be encouraged to be a grateful person who responds to the grace of God as well. One Heart, In Baltimore, U.S.A. September, 1991 |
