16. Know My Entrustment

God used others who obtained grace in Him to encourage and awaken me. We received a letter from the Lord's servant, who had been released from the jail but confined to Hangzhou. It was addressed to all of us. He wrote that there were two younger sisters of the House of God in Kunming who focused on seeking the mountain ministry revealed by God. They were moved to go overseas to establish the House of God in North America. Two of them were also the first in Beijing to be moved by the Holy Spirit to go to Kunming. This information gave everyone a great shake-up. My spirit was awakened. These two sisters understood the heart of God so as to aim their prayers for God's work. Moreover, they obtained grace to march forward, whereas, I was sunk in sleep and wandering about. At that time, two sisters and I were especially moved and we earnestly sought for God's will. Usually each of us would bring a piece of dry bread and join together at the summit or the cave to pray. Then we separated to have individual fellowship with God to seek His will. Before long, each one of us knew the land entrusted to us. Truly "Everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds." When we sought for God humbly and hungrily, God's will was revealed to us, because God's heart was zealous for His work. He wants to use this ministry to raise up billions of workers on the earth who are after His heart, to work together to accomplish His commission before the end of time. The two sisters who prayed with me were to go to West Europe together. That was clearly known by each individually and was confirmed by the other. I was the last one to know my entrustment. According to my won will, I wanted so much to be with them. When I prayed in the morning, I poured out everything before the Lord and only desired God's will. He made me know my entrustment was Eastern Europe. There was neither wind nor rain; the Lord made my heart clearly understand His mind, and at the same time He made me recall that I once asked Him one question: "Are those who are born and grow up in the atheistic countries destined to perish? Don't you love them?" The reason that I had this question was that when I went down the mountain to practice preaching, I bore fruit -- a section chief of the People's Liberation Army. It was also because a classmate in university who went to church with me many times for sermons. Later she joined the army. However, she wrote to me to ask for hymns, probably because she encountered some problems. She wrote that no matter what it cost, she wanted to believe in the Lord Jesus as her Saviour. Therefore, when I prayed every day, I always interceded earnestly for these two persons, and asked the Lord the question above. Now the Lord answered me. He not only loves them, but He is also sending me to preach the gospel to Eastern Europe where countries are ruled by atheists. Moreover, God used the Scriptures of that day, 1 Chronicles 11 and Romans 1 to speak to me. He wanted me to follow the example of Paul to understand the Lord's heart and to go through fire and water without hesitation. He wanted me to courageously preach the gospel to Rome and to establish the pagan's church so as to accomplish God's plan. It was also just like the three mighty men who knew of David's thirst for the water from the well near the gate of Bethlehem. They went at the risk of their lives to break through the enemy's lines and drew water to satisfy David's thirst. The Lord's love compelled us. Though we were the least, we dedicated ourselves willingly to be a person who is grateful and repays a debt of gratitude. At that time, our hearts were secretly determined: "Even if we need to crawl, we will crawl to the entrusted land that God gives us."
