Dear Elders, co-workers, brothers and sister-in-Christ, peace be with you!
Thanks be to God for His indescribable mercy. We saw God’s words worked amazingly to shake, restore, adjust and dispatch in various homes, Antioch as well as in the hearts of our co-workers.
Impossible as it could be, God inspired a co-worker to attend to God’s words in May to rebuild the ancient ruins and raise up the age-old foundations. This witnessed the faithfulness of God to turn around all the situations and all parties worked for the good of it to gather the scattered body to focus on the initial vision of the ‘City of refuge’. The ministry of daily Bible comparison and posting watchmen were restored. Just as in Psalm 84:1-4 “How lovely is your dwelling place, Lord Almighty! My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the Lord; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God. Even the sparrow has found a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may have her young- a place near your altar, Lord Almighty, my King and my God. Blessed are those who dwell in your house; they are ever praising you.”
Early this year when travel restrictions were still imposing on some Asian areas, a few of our co-workers broke through many obstacles and went to Jakarta to serve. They re-induced the vision of the Antioch and battled face to face with the heretic. Our co-workers upheld Christ and His crucification on the cross so the heretic felt ashamed to show their faces and quit when they met such difficulty. They were then able to redeem some lost members to return to the truth and breakaway from the heresy completely.
By the end of last year God miraculously brought a co-worker overseas. Within a few months she went around the European countries and brought timely admonishment and encouragement. She was invited to various Chinese churches to share God’s words in their fellowship. She cried out that we had to look up to our Lord Jesus with all our hearts and all our minds so we might walk closer to Him, be more intimate with Him, our trust in the Lord be more strengthened and our faith be more real. Thank God, this is the need for the churches to be restored after the pandemic. May the Lord let us truly be refined to remnants of gold and silver after the pandemic so we may grab the chance to be awakened to return thoroughly and be greatly filled by the Holy Spirit to grasp to save numerous souls for the Lord.
Our co-workers in the Antioch of Genoa were also inspired by the Holy Spirit. After a period of active preparation and humble waiting, they formed a team to visit the church members in Hamburg and Merzig of Germany and a church in Luxembourg. They experienced the presence of God and joyfully saw the work of God and His wonderful arrangement. They conveyed us the good news and greatly inspired members of Home of Grace everywhere to be fervent to target at the development of our overseas Antioch.
God’s ways are higher than man’s ways. Unexpectedly He retained a whole family in the Antioch of Manila to support our overseas development. Every step that they took saw the love of God and the concern from various members of Home of Grace towards them. Currently, their child had entered school. How grateful, she was able to adapt well because of the love of Jesus Christ in the teachers and the students.
Thank God who heeded the prayers of the members of the audience. Not only did He remove the unbearable pain of our elder in Home of Grace, New Orleans, He also healed her sickness. By God’s recent leading, He provided an opportunity for Home of Grace, New Orleans to share His words with the family of Pastor Zhou. The wife of Pastor Zhou heard that we used the method of Bible comparison to examine the Bible every day. She felt admired and was anxious that her five children might be able to use this method to examine the Bible to take root in God’s words from the time of their enlightenment. However, her children are in fact still young. The oldest one is a teenager. After a period of ponderation and prayer, she earnestly invited us to lead the children to learn the Bible comparison through a platform. They named this period as “Moment of grace” with half an hour lesson. After careful prayer, Home of Grace decided to start the comparison from Genesis 1 verses Isaiah 20. Now our elder will share once per week concisely and focus on the highlights. This also suits the children. After two sharing Pastor Zhou’s wife also hoped the congregants of their church will come to learn. Thereafter, she also planned to invite other churches so that more congregants will use this method of Bible comparison to learn the Bible and be blessed in God’s words.
Our Platform of Home of Grace and London have completed this year’s service under the vigorous participation and help from pastors, preachers and brothers and sisters from various places. We give special thanks to all the members and co-workers who have been working diligently for long to overcome many obstacles. This is truly our blessings as they are ever more humble and in one accord to serve God sincerely.
Our co-workers in China have all along been sacrificing themselves in difficult environment. They exerted themselves to press forward and labored everywhere to focus on developing the work of the Antioch continuously. They appealed and helped the churches everywhere to prepare for the coming of Jesus Christ according to the pattern shown on the mountain. Thanks be to the Lord, we saw some elders of the churches used the method of Bible comparison. They valued the daily fellowship. Some Bible team leaders also valued and utilized our player for Bible by chapter. They were thus much inspired in sharing when leading their team to study the Bible. Our Homes in China are continuously receiving the saints and their co-workers so God’s workers are able to regain their strength timely.
Further, how joyous that we heard some of our members, though they were very busy in their business, they were inspired to pay the price to restore the destroyed altar. They started their day’s work at 5:30am by gathering together to read the Bible and pray. May the Lord strengthen the work of His hands!
May the Lord’s words shake us every day and attract us to hurry after Him! “The towns of the Levites in the territory held by the Israelites were forty-eight in all, together with their pasturelands. Each of these towns had pasturelands surrounding it; this was true for all these towns.” “For I have faith in God that it will happen just as He told me.” (Acts 27:25) God is very jealous for Zion! May we no longer delay God’s commission. The Lord is coming soon! Make every effort to be loyal! Be loyal! Be loyal!
